2022 New Facelift Nissan Patrol Nismo



The 2022 New Facelift Nissan Patrol Nismo: more aggressive, but not more powerful, still exclusive.







Nissan introduced the most recent facelift of the Patrol. The standard all-terrain vehicle underwent restyling in 2019. Now the hotter Nismo version is being revealed in the updated Nissan Patrol SUV. The body on frame SUV known stateside as the Armada looks decisively more aggressive than the standard model, body kit and numerous red accents inside and out. Patrol Nismo will be a Middle Eastern exclusive.

The pre-reform ordinary and hot all terrain vehicles externally. Now in terms of exterior design, the Patrol Nismo has noticeably moved away. Let the headlights have switched from a standard SUV, but now the front grille with large honeycomb pattern, also the charged version got more aggressive bumpers and in the front there are air ducts on the sides, and rear diffuser and a pair of large exhaust tips, in the center of which a fog lamp is installed. The high performance Patrol rides on massive 22-inch wheels and adopts a neat LED fog light, there is also a large spoiler and branded red accents.





The interior, Nissan facelift for the Nismo tuned Patrol brings the same two screen setup introduced on the regular model. There are red inserts on the seats and doors, the seats themselves are upholstered in leather and Alcantara. The list of equipment also includes two screens, the upper one is responsible for multimedia and the navigator, the lower one is used to control other functions, adaptive cruise control, automatic braking systems with a pedestrian detection function, collision avoidance, keeping in the lane, control of blind zones, and automatic switching of headlights.

The Nismo Patrol is not the most modern SUV out there. It does boast a 13-speaker Bose sound system and support for both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, along with a lot of safety systems.





The Nissan Patrol Nismo did not become more powerful after restyling, it is the same naturally aspirated 5.6-liter V8 with 428 horsepower and 560 Newton-meters of torque. The regular Patrol is still offered with a petrol 4.0-liter V6 with 275 horsepower, linked to a seven-speed automatic transmission. The model has a plug in four-wheel drive with a reduction gear. The Nismo feature is Bilstein shock absorbers setup for sharper cornering, as sharp as it can be on such a mastodont, and more heat resistant brakes and the ground clearance of this version is 260mm versus 273 to 275mm for the standard Patrol depending on the wheels.

The eight seater SUV is already available in the Middle East, where it is positioned above the regular 275 horsepower V6 and 400 horsepower V8 models.

The Middle East is already taking orders for the updated hot SUV with actual sales starting in April.
