The All-New 2022 Nissan Z NISMO Is Next Super GT Race Car. The 2022 Super GT season, the GT-R is passing its legacy to the all new Z Nismo. The Z is coming back to Japan top level of GT racing as it was the predecessor of the GT-R in the series. The new Nissan Z Nismo GT500 use a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder mill with a single turbocharger. These engines are restricted to 650 horsepower (485 kilowatts), so it’s far from a run of the mill 2.0-liter from a compact executive. The new Nissan Z GT500 has pretty big shoes to fill. Aside from the five drivers titles, the GT-R was able to deliver, its predecessor also has four teams championships trophies under its belt. The 2023 Nissan Z - Twin-Turbo V6, 400 HP, Manual Gearbox The Nissan Z comes in two flavors: Sport and Performance. The base Sport model with 18-inch wheels and the Performance trim with 19-inch rims. Nissan offers nine exterior color options at launch. Buyers can select from six two tone paints each with a contrasting black roof. Brilliant Silver, Boulder Gray, Seiran Blue, Ikazuchi Yellow, Passion Red, and Everest White. Nissan offers three single tone paint options, Black Diamond, Gun Metallic, and Rosewood Metallic. The base 18-inch wheel wears Yokohama Advan Sport tires measuring in at 248/45 all around, while the 19-inch wheel on the Performance model features Bridgestone Potenza S007 tires at 255/40 front and 275/35 rear. The increase in grip improves cornering Gs by up to 13 percent.
