Nissan had released a preview, announcing that it would launch a new generation of Fairlady Z, which made many Japanese sports car fans excited, but did not disclose the real release date at this time, and now foreign media have taken the lead. It is revealed that the new Nissan 400Z with retro style will officially debut at the end of 2022.
As can be seen in the trailer released by Nissan, the 400Z will use Fairlady classic round headlights and a pointed nose front design which pays tribute to the Datsun 240Z, while the 240Z classic long nose and short tail. The styling was also moved over. According to the latest imaginary picture released by the Japanese media the rear shape of the 400Z is also exposed for the first time. It can be seen that the new car will also introduce modern designs in addition to the retro elements including the muscular wheel arch design. It is like a gentleman sports car.

The 2021 Porsche Panamera was released globally. It broke the New Berlin lap record and is currently the fastest executive car on the New Berlin circuit! There are three models of the 2021 Porsche Panamera this time, namely Panamera (Base entry version), 4S E-Hybrid (hybrid version) and Panamera Turbo S (New Berlin's fastest executive car). The entry-level Panamera abandoned the previous 3.0L single turbocharged engine and replaced it with a 2.9L V6 twin turbocharged engine, which can provide maximum of 325 horsepower and 450Nm of peak torque.

The 2021 Ram 1500 TRX is aimed squarely at the Ford F-150 Raptor but some would argue these two performance trucks are not direct rivals. One solid argument would have to be the price gap of 16,00 US dollar when comparing the base versions as the Ram is a lot more expensive even reaching six figures in fully loaded form. Then there is a major power difference considering the TRX has an extra 252 horsepower and 190Nm of torque over the Blue Oval speedy pickup.

The 2021 Subaru Levorg appearance is very close to the prototype and the appearance is super high. It is also equipped with Subaru EyeSight advanced active safety equipment and is equipped with a 1.8L horizontal turbocharged engine with 177 horsepower and 300Nm of torque.
Subaru is now launching the second generation in the Land of the Rising Sun following prototypes of the regular model and STI Sport trim unveiled in October 2019 and January 2020 respectively. Unsurprisingly, the cars are spitting images of the prototypes but it is the first time we are seeing the interior. The most eye grabbing feature is certainly the portrait oriented 11.6-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system accompanied by a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster. The interior rearview mirror is of the digital variety as well.

"Varosha is an abandoned southern quarter of the Cypriot city of Famagusta. Before 1974, it was the modern tourist area of the city. Its inhabitants fled during the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974, when the city of Famagusta came under Turkish control, and it has remained abandoned ever since. As of 2020, the quarter continues to be uninhabited; buildings have decayed, and, in some cases, their contents have been looted over the years; some streets have been overgrown with vegetation; and the quarter is generally described as a ghost town. Entry is forbidden to the public."
In the early 1970s, Famagusta was the number-one tourist destination in Cyprus. To cater to the increasing number of tourists, many new high-rise buildings and hotels were constructed. During its heyday, Varosha was not only the number-one tourist destination in Cyprus, but between 1970 and 1974, it was one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world, and was a favourite destination of celebrities such as Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, Raquel Welch, and Brigitte Bardot.
